The only thing I liked about working at Nielsen is its regular salary arrival and the high number of leaves available

Dislikes

Being in the field data collection operation, the infrastructure was terrible. Starting with the next immediate higher authority, they were most uncooperative to a newcomer. Their expectation was employee would know everything about their job role. But the biggest of all complaint would be the onus placed on a DA Executive to hire freelancers for data collections without any help from HR or higher authority. And finally, even after serving notice, the reliving later didn't arrive on the last working day. After prompting multiple times, it arrived 5 months later (when I had already left the company)

Teammates are good, training , job security , salary are also good. Very Innovative and learning place for new recruiter....

Dislikes

...cs in the company, without buttering of your seniors you cannot growth, neither you get promotion nor good salary increment...

...e. There are many opportunities available to move around in the organization. There is a high degree of job security and the monetary compensation is decent. The top leadership communicates with the organization regularly to give the employees a sense of direction the company has taken / is planning to take in forthcoming years

Dislikes

As in a service industry, the work life balance is slightly tilted towards work, esp. for the youngsters.

Good company popular in market but pay less to main operation department also less facilities provide them

There is discrimination in different departments in terms of benifits given to employees within company

...cy and if you got promoted by IJP. Your life will become hell. No promotion w.r.t salary, No work and life balance, on the name of flexible WFH policy they easily make you work for 24*7. It is like a suggar coated poision. I would like to request all fresher please give time to you and make future in another company.

No carrer Growth, Bad HR policy, No fanicial growth although you get promotions,
