This is worst Company. Salary is not deposit in ending of month. It will take approx 20 25 days of previous month Salary. Six days working in a week There is no PF and no allowance There is no job security.

I thought of security but they do not give the salary on time. They keep salary of 2 months in advance and they take security amount of 10000 before the 1 month and then there is no security in the job so I have left the job.i did not liked any thing.

I found the overall experience with NIELIT unsatisfactory. I recommend focusing on better responsiveness, updated content, and a more user-friendly system to enhance the user experience. Additionally, the permanent faculty does not teach the students; instead, interns are assigned to fulfill the responsibilities of the permanent faculty. This significantly affects the quality of education and needs immediate attention.

Worst work culture as girls are not respected in office.

Worst work culture as girls are not respected in office as very eagerly a girl employee's 24 hours daily work privacy ( including bathroom and cohabitation with husband privacy ), attack through technology from remote distance , without consent even , goes on in office so low level mentality, illegal , low cultured people generally work here so I am really scared to work here as I am good and innocent and we'll cultured also .

You can do what ever research you like no one stops you . Not so much pressure from seniors or top management

Organization as a whole lakes goal, very less manpower leads to unethical work pressure on employee.
