Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Bonus is good. Appraisals are good.

Dislikes

Worst working culture. Namesake MNC company doesn't have even workshop level standards. Probation period - 1 year (doubt even after 1 year they are blaming on performance. No mental peace. Never select the assembly Production department.

Add-on point for me is that my colleagues belong to various cultural backgrounds and we work as a team and happy family. Company always cares for the employee which is a very good feel & increases belief, motivates to work.

I have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late night, But am happy doing that as a customer support engineer. I want customer to get satisfied which indirectly increases our company sales, support to clients.
