The Nidan and social Inclusion policies are the best... It's Focuse on people living at slums and the care for women and children through different policies...the job responsibilities i was got from Nidan was related with the icds ...under this i got opportunity to work for 3-6 years age children...adolescent girls Nursing and lactating women... Our focus was on their health and nutrition issues... At blocks we Established units through which we provide better food supplements inreached with nutrients for all icds beneficiaries...under this i got to know about the problems of women adolescent girls And children under age... In interior rural areas of Bihar....

Dislikes

The only thing is disliked about Nidan as leading organization is lack of job security... We works on Non - Government sponsored project in collaboration with government sectors of rular urban dep. And social welfare dep. Jobs duration depends upon the duration of projects we are working over...
