Just you will get more and more learning but never expect more salary and salary on time .... they will give you hope instead of appraisal....

Worst place for work .... Only work no appraisal.... I joined their in july and i started leading (handling) project after 2 months and they told me for appraisal bt they gave me after 6 months and after seeing my new salary i decided to left the company and i resigned....
