a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

There is so many politics in all department at khakat (sahnewal) plant and people are doing very bad behavior from other state person. there is no work pressure and no skill development due to no training provided internal and external.

Company rules are ok but there supervisor don't give respect to any operator and he feels like a owner of company

Dislikes

Every month production increase karne ko kahte hai machine running time wahi rahta hai operator ko force kiya jata hai production increase karne ke liye agar baat nahi banti to operator ka gate band kar diya jata hai nahi to rejien dene par majbur kiya jata hai kisi operator ko aage badne nahi dete wo sirf apne admi ko aage badate hai
