No expiry/ return accepted 5. Stocks will reach to customers after 10-12 days, directly from Haryana. 6. Known to have highest attrition level organisation where ask managers to work as MR individually 7. For 1 CBO who is taking care of Nicholas and Akumentis, the whole image of the company is going down due to non supportive and big big talks only.

Recognition, lack of support from seniors, not getting products on time, delay delivery hampering customer interest

Loss making organisation but mother company Akums absorbing all losses but don’t know how many years they absorb.

Terrible experience I had, worst hr thinking with worst policies. Only those person can work who just want to time pass. Because company not have any direction.

There's nothing to be liked in the company as: 1. No job security 2. Worst work culture 3. Long working hours 4. Too much politics 5. Survival zero 6. No appreciation 8. There's nothing good to appreciate the company for as it is one of the marketing companies of AKUMS and only know to do show baazi that they are caring towards their employees. Think hundred times if you get a call to join there. Anytime they can ask you to shift yourself in other departments where you know nothing to do-it-yourself.
