Well, but sum problems were there.as like as manpower problems,instrument problems, working pleceses were uneasy and full of durty things arround the m/c.operetors of those m/c were very non co_operetiv.etc. Spare parts were not available.dccision of the department bosses were unjustified.thats all.

As a Starter, I took the challenge to establish myself in the organization. It was a Private Company.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Initially it was managed by Tata Steel but thereafter It was under Private Group. Thinking for whole life Continuation of the job-I left in 1984.
