Nibe limited is a listed company but works like sole proprietorship. Difficult to maintain work life balance ,6 days working in a week and 14 CL in a year, festival and occasional holiday max 10 in a year. Statutory Deduction is not deposited in time. No job security he can terminate any time with out prior notice, huge Laboure torn over in this organization No specific work for any job profile you can do any type of work what he wants this applicable for all department. there is no Job Description for all department.
