- Attendance rules are very shady, due to this you might receive salary with a cut or even half salary based on timing and HR closeness to you - Management could be well defined and structured - Department coordination can be much better, mostly absent - Family run business power dynamics which is reflected inside work culture which is very toxic - Unstable job security both for sales and non-sales - Unecessary time rules just to hinder your breaks (most of the time) - Full working day on alternate Saturday's (totally unecessary) - Long working Hours (10 hours), so forget work life balance most of the time

When it comes to promotion and salary increments, not everyone receives them at the same time. Some have to wait an extra 5 to 8 months after the standard one-year period. Job security is low as employees can be sent home without proper reason, which impacts work satisfaction. Furthermore, those working in departments like Quality or Training may not gain relevant experience for their positions; instead, they find themselves working long hours without meaningful development. "In my experience, I have never encountered such a negative company in my life. MY ADVICE: Hey guys, please avoid that company even if you have experience in sales.

The company culture is awesome as it always focuses on Profit maximization and employee discrimination. All the decisions are centralized to the Directors. Imagine coming late to the office by 1 minute and regularizing your attendance needs approval from the Director (Which is not going to be approved). You need to collect gate pass, get it signed by your manager and the HR for taking a halfday as without gate pass, you are not allowed to step out. Attendance related issues every month. You literally have to beg for your own attendance regularization even if you had worked in different shift by the management approval. Unnecessary TDS deduction without consent. You can not buy out your notice period even when its mentioned in the appointment letter as the company is afraid that you will join somewhere else. Even if you are ready for buying out the notice, they won't let you do so. They change the policies every time as per their needs for different different employees, without any email communication. You can not go out of the office within the shift time. The road is always water accumulated and you literally have to perform Gymnastic & Yoga on the road to reach office. No exception is given if you reach office late even by 1 minute due to this. You get warning letter or instant termination for addressing you manager with name and with with Sir/Ma'am. Everyday, evertime, you have to be in formals which includes suit and tie also. The cost cutting is at peak as you are not allowed to turn on the AC where you sit. The admin team only turns on 2 out of 6 ACs for a 400 seater floor. No matter if you die sweating in the summer, in formals. SOME of the people and managers are racist and focus more on politics and stealing credits than performing their duties. If you are an outsider, I highly recommend not joining this organization and you will be treated with Biasness. People here pretend to be honest and your well wisher, but deep inside, they are the one ruining your image everywhere. Managers pretend to be listening to your problems but they make fun of you behind your back with your own colleagues. And of course, the company promotes gender equality by giving 9 hours shift to female employees and 10 HOURS SHIFT for male employees. REST, THE CULTURE IS VERY GOOD. PEOPLE HAVE VERY LOVING AND CARING NATURE AND THE COMPANY HAS EMPLOYEE CENTRIC CULTURE.

Appraisal Policies, Attendance policies, Poor management on constant changes in system No skill development No Growth Regional manager who are just good for nothing here works only 4-5 hours a day and push their BDM for sales which is there own KRA. At head office in chennai company says BDM work is just to give strong and impactful presentation at client house and rest your Regional Manager (RM) will do and bring out sales by calling and following up with client and that is why RM salary and incentive are much higher than BDM. But on real ground it is the BDM who is doing everything and RM is eating incentive out of those sales and doing nothing in helping or developing the team members.
