Absolute peak of stupidity! The most clueless Director & Management ever seen. This so-called ‘genius’ is hiring white-skinned American clients who have zero experience in precision ball manufacturing paying them crores while, in the name of cost-saving, laying off plant employees with 25+ years of expertise just to please white skinned american. A brainless & stubborn Director with an inflated ego, keeping employees who have committed fraud and firing honest employees. Avoid this company unless you want to ruin your career and life! 100% politics 0% Job safety!

Due to very limited no. Of ball plants in India it is the biggest ball plant of India.when your system and machine becoming more important than a human beings you will have a sense less culture around you which leads to many more disasters in future.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
