The technical seniors are so difficult to handle and they give no importance to the support staff which are on contract. You have to do personal work sometimes for them . Lot of Corrupted Officers are working who have properties worth 1-2 Cr. even in less salaries. All contractors and staff know all these things but they are quiet due to their jobs. you cannot complain about the office treatment given to you to higher authorities.

We can meet multiple people in daily base to solving the various type of issues from road user. Majorly in toll plaza field mutiple problem helps to learn more.

No time period 24/7 must be duty time, we cannot spend our personal life.

The organisation was used to be very much concerned to the interest of employees earlier. Now things have changed, while the interference of the Ministry is at its helm, NHAI is measurably failing to protect the interest of its own cadre. Management is also not keen towards it.

Dislikes

Every employee can not supposed to be comfortable in working at New Delhi. For compelling social and family reasons one may prefer to be in the states of his choice, where he can perform with ease and security.

I am working in NHAI as a stenographer but I learn all the activities like technical,non- technical, financial, administration, co-ordination. I am working under good, sincere, intelligent boss.
