There's actually nothing that someone can like working in this kind of organisation. The management people themselves have a shop vendor kindly of mentality and mindset, but expect people to behave like professionals. They don't consider their employees as employees but servants with whom they can talk like anything, and one wouldn't revert. There is no leave policy. Even in public holidays or optional holidays like Diwali, Bakrid or Christmas), they want the attendance to be 100%, and if someone takes leaves, will not think twice to deduct more salary. There is no women safety and if anything happens, so they make fun of the victim woman, calling it a normal thing in a city like Bengaluru. It's all about the so-called management there.
