Their is no job security they will kick you out according to their wish.. The only one thing good in the company is that they will give you salary in correct date... Worst financial company

They will not give you any promotion my colleague novel he worked their more than 3 year and he just got 1000 rupees increment no promotion.. When he enters into the branch that branch gold loan total amount is ** lakh he worked hard and make is double but then also he didn't get any benefit.. Some of the officers in the top are treating the employees like a slave.. If the printer become complaint the admin manager will tell you that repair it by yourself... I just a worst financial company... Don't work their..You will dislike your life. . I worked their for 1.5 years nothing I can't tell a good word about that company worst company... Dear friends don't go and work their you will suicide

Nothing to like. I will never introduce anybody to here as their workplace

Very poor work environment. Never expect a career growth from here. They are giving a type of 1 year coaching class... That's all.
