Salary is late, no good projects, lot of politics here, sometimes they will ask you to work on Saturday and Sundays and overtime also in working days, but they will not pay anything

Worked here from more than 3 years on all modules and over major projects but this organisation treats you like you are done nothing for them. Managment always involves in cheap office politics thats why size of this organisation fron last 6 years is same . As they focus more on degrading people . They are with only their relative emoloyees. They first ask to join immeditely with no papaers than they lay off after few months and because of this that person na yaha ka raha na khi or ka. HR is just for namesake beacuse Directors only taking decision for everything

Everything. There is nothing to be work in the company. Only one thing you will learn from the company, not to join an any company like nexus in future. The earning source of the company is to send legal notices to everyone, who resigned from the company or relieved from the company.

Fraud Company and Directors including HR Not a Good place to work If You resigned then you are enemy to the company and directors Behavior is very bad. they will try to do every possible bad things with the resigned employee. Directors are trying to teach the professional approach to the employees but if you resigned then they never accept your resignation and employee do not have their last working day confirmation. Try to humiliate as much as possible in your notice period. By god grace once relieved from the company then HR will tell you the company policy for the FNF amount. But after 45 days nobody has received the amount. You are bagging like anything for your amount. I think Govt has to ban the companies like Nexus who exploits the employees.
