In this company, only 1 to 2 testers have and put all the tasks to check within in timeline and every time the founder sought them without any topic they do not hire an experienced candidate because then come to joining they will be giving resignation, not tester everyone and only 2 senior developers have who worked more then a yrs they did not provide training and put all the task on junior and every time without explaining what it is, politics happened every time if you join this company only more then 2 weeks to realize you choose the very wrong decision to choose. in this company within month or tester they give resignation because of founder and senior behaviour

I learn lots of things in next world solution like here are very Good projects they have. Lots of functional testing, payment related testing, online shopping testing for internal project emp models, lots of api testing that i learn in next world solution. Manish sir given me lots of opportunity to learn in technical ways and had given all the accesses to me that usually developer have. If you really want to grow in testing it's best organization to learn the things. Even you don't get opportunity to learn in big organization at one place that you will get in small organization. Thanks you sir for all the support you provided that helping me lot in my current organization .
