Best place to work for bootlickers. Heck I've seen a game designer quit the job and rejoin 3 times here, something I can look back later in my career journey and still feel amazed by. As long as the CEO approves, you can make your life heaven here. Some of the developers I've worked with have got paid handsomely well, beating the yearly appraisal cycle. Gaming the system is too easy here, proactively throw suggestions on how to improve the only cricket game they have, do a makeshift prototype and viola you have a direct line to the CEO, sing as he says and merry go round with the money. Best part is the tech lead that resigned because he saved up too much from his 50lpa salary to start his own company in gaming lol.

Project managers have no clue about what's happening, not sure what they do. They have a game designer that claims to know much about the gaming industry but when it comes to actually delivering on mobile games, he is a total noob. None of the games they released have proper direction nor game design. Had they invested in someone with proper mobile game background they would have been miles better. The entire company works to support the only game they launched successfully, if not that, they work on making the CEOs Sunday noon nap ideas a reality. Tech lead is totally helpless. Good luck if he is out of touch with your work style.

Colleagues are not the kind you find everywhere. May seem friendly but not proven..it might be a good idea to just do your job and leave. No benefits what so ever like you hear about in other companies.

The earlier management was very good. Employees were treated well. The management style was far better.

  • Work satisfaction - Excellent

Dislikes

The present management is is terrible. They have already laid off many employees. They are planning to send everybody out. There is no job security here. Anytime anybody can be sent home. The present management style is draconian. Frequent layoffs have created panic wave inside the office. They make you work on all the holidays and at last they did not give increment to staff. Moreover the parent company has 100% stake in the company . They are going to transfer all the games to nazara located in mumbai and send all the employees of nextwave out.
