NextGits is highly unprofessional and lack work ethic. The CEO of the company was arrogant and it was running from home itself and it does not have basic facilities in office. Even company failed to provide new laptop give 5 year old laptop. He was drinking and smoking in the office. There is no work life balance. He want to available 24*7.

Likes

Working at Next Legal was definitely a biggest learning experiences for me. For a fresh out of law school, the whole experience was overwhelming.Within a few days i got accustomed to the way things work and started enjoying the work assigned; Indeed because of the constant guidance from my senior, Mrs. Beena Pillai. The best part of being associated with the firm is ,the juniors get to appear and make submissions & arguments before all the Courts. The firm has taught me to work more on my drafting and argument skills. I have also learned a lot from my senior colleagues, whose expertise in specific fields was edifying. A place from various cultural background which works in collaboration.

Dislikes

At times the work pressure is high, but i have realised that when you work under pressure; the outcome is exemplary. A best place to work with; who has the zeal towards it.
