New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...ng any staff as well as housekeeping staff too which is very difficult to see salary is good for freshers only good company for starting your carrier where you work and enjoy too company very punctual about salary time

It's been a great, healthy and useful experience working in the Nextinc. I love the fact that I am a part of it. I have found the management and ambience to be highly professional and friendly simultaneously. I have found the CEO to be very friendly with each of his employees and colleagues. Analysing its performance and growth I can see a bright future of the company as well as the employees. I wish I never had to switch from the company.

the main reason for giving one star bcz if the employee is working properly they will make him pull out of the company and only hr is good and helping nature person bur remaing everyone are cheaters in the company i have done nearly admisions and as a experience i know how to do each and but in nextinc they made me pullout really i went into depression becz i have worked hard and got apreciations from main management but the inbetween candates have really done polictics and made my job left
