I love the collaborative and innovative environment at NextGenVision Technology. Everyone is always willing to help each other out and share ideas. The company also encourages employees to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems. Additionally, the company provides great benefits and opportunities for growth

Dislikes

I dislike the lack of communication between departments. It can be difficult to get information from other departments and it can be hard to coordinate projects across departments. Additionally, there is a lack of transparency in decision-making, which can make it difficult to understand why certain decisions are being made
