...However, my experience upon leaving was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Despite fulfilling all responsibilities and following the exit process, the company refused to pay my arrears. The CEO also creates an environment where employees feel trapped in loopholes designed to delay or deny their rightful dues, making it extremely difficult for anyone to leave. Moreover, appraisals were delayed by two years for everyone, which not only affected morale but also hindered career growth for many. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue amicably, even offering alternatives for setting the amount, but no action was taken. It's unfortunate that after such a long tenure, my contributions were undervalued in this manner. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values fairness, respect, and timely recognition of their hard work. Future employees should be cautious and thoroughly evaluate before joining.
