Seniors and colleagues are supportive and overall working environment is good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is quite low and career growth is slow. HR is not doing there job properly...as HR head is pathetic person. No transport service and food service.

100% job security during lockdown, nice work culture, good management, company improve there policies for lockdown and in lockdown.

This is a good company for learning and graining knowledge. also increases the self confidence of the employee by providing the different task at different times.

This company is worst company they have no good hr policy they never follow GMP, WHO guidelines they focus in only production senior staff play polictics with junior officer

Hr policy Food or tea not provide by company No travelling facility In the lunch never came out for lunch in lunch time Shifts are not comfortable

For me its a great platform for learning no of new things and my knowledge also updated with latest requirement of the Regulatory bodies of different counties through my HOD and other seniors staff. i am happy to work here because here only i learned no of new things which boost up my knowledge and carrier.

some time the companies management and HR policies are quite disappointing for the employees.
