Do not supporting for me & my march 2020 month salary no payment for me

...salary timely every month , company harassing giving salary payment all stuff .all stuff After 45 days duty he taken salary for one month , 15 days salary cutting in hand company & do not giving me PF & ESIC as per as I know that is punishable offence and contact to client proxy name .
