Unfortunate Experience with Nexsus Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd & Nexsus Business Solutions pvt Ltd. I regret to say that my experience with Nexsus Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd has been far from satisfactory. The company's handling of employee relations and the atmosphere within the organization have raised serious concerns about harassment. From the moment I joined the company, I noticed a toxic work environment that seemed to be tolerated by the management. Harassment, in various forms, was not uncommon. The lack of support and empathy from the higher-ups was disappointing. Several employees, including myself, have felt marginalized, and attempts to address these issues were met with indifference. This lack of accountability and a culture of silence only exacerbated the problem. It is disheartening to see a company allow such behavior to persist. I believe that a company's success is closely tied to the well-being of its employees. Nexsus Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd, in its current state, appears to disregard this fundamental principle. My experience has left me with a strong sense of disappointment and a desire for a more inclusive and supportive workplace. Environment is not good, there is no co-ordination amongst teams. Their is an always delay with the salary. There is a high disparity in treatment between the development and the management staff.

Third class company with third class TL. Her name is Afreen arzbegi. She is coming from BPO and working as TL in this company. I don't know how. She doesn't know how to talk and don't know anything about computers hardware and networks.
