Worst organization they don't gibe you even appointment letter.they will compell u to resign without any notice period and never willing to give you compensation. They are working on fake project .they don't have any live plants.just take money from.clients with giving false information..never ever think.to.join this organization....regret to work there. Highly disappointed with this company work culture.dirty politics by management team blame game and nothing is transparent there. No kra defined not a appraisal process. This organization is not a system.driven .it's owner driven they just focus on exploitation of employee and nothing else

...company. The work culture is too bad. This company spoils the employee's career. They hold the salary od almost every employee. There is no F& F policy in the company. The most important thing is that there is product to sell . They don't have any vertical to provide the client. They do fraud with the client. They take the money from the Client and never return the amount to them. They never pay travel of the employees. Conclusion is this is a big fraud company. I suggest not to join the group.

Nothing as such. Very few people who are just surviving due to some personal issues have to stay in the company are a good to spend our break time.

Dislikes

Worst company to work for. No projects on ground all exists in papers. Directors do not communicate to one another forcing the internal teams to fight and cheat their way to do work which never is up to the mark for upper management. Moreover the owner of the company has no manners not respect to talk to or about anything.
