I had a good experience with Nexential's Hire Train and Deploy model. At first I was offered only 3LPA at the time of selection but after completing my technical training I got a revised offer of 4.2LPA in the client interview. They are supportive and transparent. We can track our progress during technical training. Even attendance we can track. But we have to ensure that we are using the training properly. If we take it light thinking we joined so job is guaranteed even if we don't perform in the training we will be in trouble like in any other company. They will give only 2-3 warning for performance issue.

I joined nexential as Java Developer Trainee under train and hire. After training completion they didn't gave me job my 35k money wasted. Also in my batch no one got job. It is a coaching institute not a company. Also teaching is very bad. After training completion they don't respond your email and call. Please don't join this training of Nexential.

They didn't provide any job after successful training. it is not a company. it acts like a company mainly it is coaching institute. so don't join this. after the training they do not answer your email and phone calls. I wasted my 35k. so don't join this coaching institute.
