They works on very small and Dummy projects (mostly academics). You'll not find any opportunity to work on a live project. 1.If you want to give some new dimensions to your existing job in telecom, you can go there for short training. 2. If you are freshers and not placed from college, you can join there for some time. 3. You can reach there for your college level projects too. 4. But if you don't have patience(Freshers generally don't have) then this isn't for you guys. 5. If you are looking for money, Sorry it's not for U.

Company(I would rather call it Institute) will agree to fulfill every need at the time of admission/Joining or discussion, but they never keep their commitments(Bcoz they don't have that much infra and Skill sets). At the end, you'll definitely feel to be cheated (They have mastery in it) and You'll quit in frustration.
