Work culture is good but it totally depend in the team you are in.

Dislikes

I feel tbe growth opportunity is not there, you are stagnant on a position in terms on money and designation. Although the work expected is more than twice your profile. So the work life balance goes for a toss.

Throw Mr. Dheeraj (finance & account head) out of the office. Making office culture as people are working under a contractor like him...no MNC culture..very bad experience. Better to work in a fty instead of working under him. Also HR role is only to recruit people. She will never take stand for thier employee...
