...the flow, things are sorted, but that is same with most of the organizations. 2. Experienced: Very Good Salary. Fresher: Above market standard Salary. (4.5 ++) WFO (Strict) 3. Promotions: with every passing year, you will get the promotions. Suggestion: stay here for at least 3 years. (salary jump 5 to 20%) 4. Job Security: They will never ask you to go.. Best part.. 5. Role Switch: If you are doing good and wish to change your role, you can easily reach out to top management and they usually entertain the requests.

1. Lack of co-ordination among the teams: Delivery, Sales, Top Management. 2. Strict work from office culture. 3. They insist you on learning everything.. Jack of All Trades. 4. Timings: 9 plus hour is expected. 5. Calls: Calls, Calls, Calls... I simply hate this.. But this is how it is here. 6. HR - Employee Connection is Pathetic. HR has no connect with the employees. Which is a very sad part. 7. Working in a project is like a night mare (initially), things get sorted with time and you learn a lot.

Everything in this company is bad. Its the worst IT company in IT industry. They wont give proper training and KT to folks and expect them to deliver a masterpiece. Tremendous pressure is been inculcated over folks to deliver a good work. No work-life balance is maintained. There is no job security. A person can who is working in that company can expect a termination without any reason. They must be ready to get terminated out of nowhere without any reason. Seniors wont help at all, they just pressurise juniors to complete the work

100% contract to hire and that too only with Verizon. Contract period is 18 months after that u will be fired. Irritating thing is they will hide all these information.

Full of jerks. A setup ran by few homies. Full on torture. They will torture you to an extent where you would be forced by self to resign. No appraisal policy, bad management. DK and Nita Goyal know nothing about the developers working. Unrealistic expectations. Work and meeting on saturdays and sundays as well.
