Everything They don't give you salary on time ...it's always a month late

Because of less work force you are forced to work 4 times more than what you are supposed to. However that is not right but in a way you learn everything.

Almost everything, salary is 2-3 months late always. They fire you without any reason and notice, no respect for people working there. No is cooperative.

If only you are passionate and open enough, you get opportunities to learn a lot of things but on your own.

Most of the things like toxic work culture, leave grants, salary delays, really low chances of promotion if you are not buttering your seniors, etc etc etc

...g, the office culture is so toxic that they even expect you to work on your off. Talking about salary, it will be blessing if it comes on time. Also, even if you are a staff writer, they want you to work on everything from A to Z. Some seniors are so irresponsible that they will assign their share of work to the juniors and even interns. Same goes for their sister organizations.
