Nothing as such. The worst company in my complete career.

...he company left in the middle by selling his shares and there is no future here. One good thing in this company is they give good pay, but that only needed to make people stay.

Food and Salary are good, but again upraisals are not good.

Dislikes

-Upraisals are not happening even of we perform good. -Politics -Discrimination -Unfair Treatments -Langaugism and Statism Over All not a good environment to Work With, Not all but Most of them are that to a high level Managers and HR's are itself are culprits.

There very few things that I like about this company as previously the management was employee centric not it’s not. Very less Pros to be honest.

Dislikes

...id off during 1st wave of Covid where in company was making profit year on year. Salary is less compared to the market standards. Management only gives you false hopes in terms of career growth.

...send an email to your manager for coordinating with the team ( seriously? ). 11. They can lure you with good pay, short-term onsite. But, I would recommend you to use that as a counteroffer and don't join. You will suffer like hell ( from my past experience ). 12. 90 days' notice is another trap. They don't entertain buy-out also. You are expected to serve entire 90 days notice. So mostly other companies don't prefer 90 days notice.

I was on third party payroll that’s why there was no job security. But from the company’s perspective, the company & its employees are really cool.

Still I feel regret that I was on pure contractual role. But I liked very much to work with entire HR dept and techies.
