This was the perfect company for me with very satisfactory salary level and an excellent work-life balance. The higher management was very helpful and considerate. In my 17 years of telecom career, I have worked for more than 7 companies, but NewNet was undoubtedly the best one!

Dislikes

As NewNet is a small company, their investors and board members are always into the idea of selling the company's products to some bigger companies for good profit and this creates the instability for the employees. The same happened when I was working for NewNet in 2018-19. The higher management decided to sell the messaging part of the business to an American company, ZephyrTel and then all the employees working for messaging department either had to leave the company or had to accept the contractual offer from ZephyrTel (thru Crossover). So this is the only and the biggest challenge in NewNet.

It was the best company I have worked with so far. The work culture, compensation and work life balance everything was very good.

Dislikes

As this is the small company so the chances of it being acquired by some big company is always there and it brings the job security issues.
