I think apart from salary and variable pay everything is bad. They will ask a functional person to work on testing role. Put you any project they would feel like regardless of your skill set. The culture is also bad many senior mangers are in the company for ages.. People are there in the company for so long and they do whatever they want to do.

Likes

They give good appraisal/hike if you have worked dedicatedly for the project. I got an average hike of around 48%in first year and 35%in second year. They give opportunities to travel onsite, and work individually on different modules.

Dislikes

...pan of 3 years and work solely. But my mental health has been compromised a lot. Realised this very late that I'm working too much at a very low pay.

each employee is counted,valued and treated with respect. One of the best places to work with an amazing culture

Pay package are not competitive,and the majority of business don't even make an effort to keep workers after they quit.

The Salary and benefits, including medical coverage and leaves, are satisfactory. Job Security is excellent. It is an ideal environment for maintaining a balance between work and personal life, especially for women.

Dislikes

There is minimal growth, and the works lacks challenges. A majority of the projects are support - based, which can be considered a waste of time and skills for software engineers aspiring to advance in their careers.

At Newgen, associates are initially hired with competitive packages, but there's a catch- there won't be any appraisal in the first year.

At Newgen, employee well-being appears to be neglected, with the employee centric image primarily exists in the media and on documents.
