Company is good and rich but inhabited by people with poor management and poor communication skills.

Dislikes

They want work on time without delay but payment to a vendor is long delayed. Managers don't take the responsibility about payments. Waiting for payment for the jobs done six months back. Invoicing and work orders issues. This company has employees that work like government employees. Bad communication between the management and the employees. Some lady managers in editorial are too stubborn, rigid and kind of rude.

The work culture is very bad and doesn't provide any training at the time of joining, no job security, no appreciation for hard work and no proper salary hike and and no opportunity to learn new skills.

Likes

Since pandemic, office is run on remote basis fully. We can be close to our family with flexible work timings. People are very cordial. Multiple responsibilities and accountability. It is a very good company for freshers to learn the basic functions of a company.

Dislikes

HR team here is very bad. There is not outings, no getogethers. No extra curricular activities. The increment is only done in April. Thus, if you have got any extra responsibility mid-year, likely that you will get the increment next FY.

1. Transparency in working with colleagues. 2. Clear flow of Management hirachierarchy. 3.Can approach directly to the management if any issues.

Dislikes

Company should have options to choose from WFH or office. Leave it to colleagues.
