The company is open to auto parts manufacturing and readily adopts to apply latest technology. I love the fact that l am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a country client base. As a result, l get travel country, especially to the hydrabad and Kharagpur. But on -site travel is completely dependent on our customer demand. Mine is a country based client and they have some offices in Mumbai, hence more time required to visit the place. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

The management body built up some non- technical person ,their only duty to haras new person. They are old employee also in this company. They will neither shared, their ideas nor asked any valuable question.
