Worst company I seen in my life. Salary or not on time they have next level policies which they can't be shown, but they have. I didn't recomend anyone to work at this place.

Their manager Raunak Gangwar is have a next level attitude. They didn't have knowledge about digital marketing. Whenever I asked anything about seo on page he search in google then answered me. Dum guy.

This is the worst company I have ever worked in. There is no job security. If you are not one of those to butter your senior every single second, you will be tortured and bullied mentally.

Dislikes

The HR does not hear you out. He will shut you up if you ever come down to him with troubles. The founder dwells in UAE and has no clue of the toxicity running in the organisation.They will torture you to a point where you are left to do nothing but quit. If you want a workplace that leaves no detrimental effect on your mental health, this place is big big no!

New vision digital was a company which taught me many things about digital marketing but in terms of work culture and benefits, this company is zero. There too much of politics and demotivation in the company. Work environment is null. Owner of the company doesn't come to the office on everyday basis. Only twice or thrice a month.

Politics. Demotivation and harrassing somebody to that extent that he/she leaves the office

I have working here from 2 years. The company is best known for the friendly work culture, learn & growth opportunities & liberty for work. You can use your knowledge, develop skills & implement your ideas. There is no restrictions or protocols for not implementing the ideas. If you are open learner then you will develop your best skill set. Apart from that the appraisals are also good here. Overall I have a great exposure here & a good experience. Teammates & seniors are also very supportive here.
