NTR is good company to learn. They give responsibilities to Freshers too. Freshers have an excellent opportunity to learn and grow. Teammates, seniors and all were very friendly and helping. Classroom training was not so good but when one comes on floor then he/she will get to learn a lot. Monthly enjoyment activities.

Dislikes

There were no or little bit of work life balance. Salary is less and appraisal is also not so good. They just want their employee to work. Normally employees are working there beyond their time and no over time incentive was there.

Likes

They have treated us really nicely during covid times, got full salary, no pay cuts. Company is doing really nicely therefore we even got big bonuses. Really nice people here, cooperative and helpful. I have learnt a lot here. Seniors explain things with lot of patience multiple times.

Working environment in NTR is very good all the people here are supportive and ready to help each other, work life is balance no extra work or any work to be done after shift or from home thats the best part.

Dislikes

there is nothing like that to dislike about NTR yes but to improve there is a limited resources available to learn as you cannot access anything outside the office work which should be not there in IT company as to find new way solutions and new learning there must be some paths available to access like LinkedIn learning , YouTube etc. but its for company data safety so its okay also but if available it will be very helpful to improve work and less time consume in work

Likes

I started my job in this company as Trainee and now I am working as Dept. Head. I has immense growth opportunity as I expected to be. Lot of opportunities to learn as they work on latest versions on NAV like business Central. Advice to people who don't want to work hard, please don't apply for job here.

Dislikes

We used to have fun fridays, annual parties, festival celebrations and annual picnics which is stopped during covid times. I am sure it will resume in near future.

Likes

I had limited knowledge of Business Central when I had joined this company. I am really happy that I am getting more opportunities to work on Business Central, since they have all new projects in Business Central only.

Dislikes

I wish if we had permanent work from home.
