Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.

New Swan group is good.working environment and culture is not good at plant lavel. Teammates Mr. R N Yadav is not good person company top management is not looking deeply what is doing plant heads Now Manesar plant can 4 to 4.5 Cr. Sale every month But plant head is not interested He is doing only poltics with staff.

Dislikes

Production manager can work only one year In Manesar plant after that Mar. R n Yadav can it work him.So as per Management policy Manesar plant is not good for future
