He engages in negative behavior, gossiping about those he dislikes and playing games with employees who fall out of favor. The HODs convey a message to employees that their value is beneath them.

Yes, bad work culture. There is an insect his name is Hem Chand who is the biggest ess kisser of CEO Shammi Manik and CFO Narendra Kumar. They both protect him. HR jatin gupta is always taking sides of him. There is always seen a employee turnover condition in executive level.
