There is nothing to like about this company. It is a complete hire-and-fire company, and women employees are the more frequent targets. Therefore, before joining this company, please have 3-4 months of backup money, as they can ask you to leave anytime. HR will show fake empathy and emotion but won't help you in any way.

Dislikes

1. Complete hire and fire company. 2. Women employees please please be careful before joining this company. 3. Also, you will find a few senior managers following completely unethical practices and not at all accountable. They are misusing the hybrid work policy as they don't have their managers in India but will properly micromanage their reporters. 4. The moment you raise your voice against these unethical practices, they will ensure to eliminate you as soon as possible.

The company projects as MNC but work culture is like a newly setup startup. Manager have no clue of the work thats going on and are extremely toxic. Join at your own risk as hire and fire is very common in this place.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
