They say the will give salary hike and will send you to USA but no chance for that , company it self is struggling. Rather then improving the service , company think to remove people. Work culture over USA is very bad in the company people think you are a cheap labor and will put all mistake on you and good deed on themself . There is lot communication gap and no scope of learning and growing with in company . You work like hell over here with deteriorating yours physical and mental heath, people get sick most of the time not simple sickness but life threatening sickness.

Forget about Job security. They will sack you as per their mood as it is one man show. Boss calls the shot for everything. Even so called HR has zero power on employees. Sky rocketing attrition..and top of that it is mandotary 6 days working with own transport..stay away if you don't want to make your life miserable.

... your job is safe. Else they will terminate on spot no matter how much you work. Salary is literally sad ....i request if you are well educated, don't spoil your mental and physical health by joining this organization.

They put more pressure on employees They don’t keep employee records confidential ,HR will reveal employee details 6days working and leave policy is very bad No Medical Insurance . No facilities , they don’t even provide tissues to wipe hands and they only keep Parle G biscuits , always repair Coffee/Tea wending machine. Toilets are like public toilets .
