Cooperative Nursing staff..

Dislikes

No Fixed time schedule and for that you stuck 24*7.They offer insentive for emergency hour but don't fall in trap as they pay way less than what you expect (hardly 1500 for sab and 2k for ga becz they cut professional change in that also) payment should be atleast 3l and atleast 2 Anaesthetist is required to handle hospital.They also force you to go to their other setup/branches in different city if they needed(from korba to champa; katghora or balco) And No inbetween lunch or other break.
