New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fast that l am a part of a team that markets reliable.hight_quality products and has a global client base.As a result.l get to travel abroad.especilityto the US and Canada.But on -site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto.hennce l got a B1 Visa quickly Another plus point is that my colleagues.and we work happily in collaboration l also like the employee re-hire policy here

Competition is decent.but growth is slow The work pressure is very high.something.i have to work 14-18 hour's straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the right Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestios most it the times.i do receive appreciation emails from my client.but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals Also There is no on-job training for freshers.hence senior folks like me have to quide them step-by-step witch is a pain sometimes​
