...l sweet talk you with his grand vision but later all those words are just words. The company intentionally tries to ensure that people leave their salary. In my knowledge, company has held payment for several employees. Once you join, company demands you to provide 5 star reviews on google/ambition box. So all the 5 star reviews you're seeing on the page are forced and fun fact. Company has laid off all those employees who rated 5 star under management's orders. It's one of the truly worse companies out there. Save your mental health and only join here if you have no other opportunity. Do not put in resignation in your current organization for this company, people in this company do not care about employees. There is a reason, they are always hiring.

No likes for this company The location in GOA prompted me to join this organisation which was my biggest mistake.

1. Arrogant Owner 2. Salary delayed for 2 or more consecutive months on regular basis. 3. Partial payment of salary 4. No value for hard work. 5. Regular hiring and firing .

Nothing....they hire u on papers only... Cheaters...do not join . They will tell u that they hv a big site in Goa and in Delhi also they work under the name of New Era and Melhor Group

They hire u on papers only. Once u resign from your organization u will be told n no. of fake reasons why they cannot take u onboard. They will promise to connect back within a month or two and elope. U will be left with nothing as I won't hv ur current job since u hv already resigned and this org. will not let u join the office.
