they know verywell how to replace existing one with new. and how to save money from employees.

Dislikes

...ues,no time management, working atmosphere is very poor, no job satisfaction . Salary is good for feshers only but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

Maintain the hierarchy. Provide the best tools to employees and all the benefits. Seniors are too supportive and very less politics to zero. No one abuses.
