Indian peoples are good 👌 but all the Chinese people who are superior in that company are not good by their behavior .any time they can diffuse from the job .no time limit for working 10-12 hrs everyday

There is a lot of politics and management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not satisfying. No increment. When i join they tell me after 3 months later your salary will increase but after 1.6 year gone but no increment. Bad work environment and culture. This is the Chinese company. Chinese have no brain to see who’s wrong or who’s right and after that you explain them but they don’t want to listen anything. Some indian people leading the company. There department head what tell them against junior they understand and believe what Indian mean. This company have no rules regulations. I lost my 1.6 yeat there. Very bad experience. If anything wrong they only know very well how cut your salary.

∆ Senior Management (Chinese personals) Corruption. ∆ Extreamly harse or inhuman HR policies. ∆ Suppressing & slavery attitude to Indian employees by senior Management(Chinese personals). ∆ Badly bribe-loving HOD's(Chinese Personals). ∆ Corruption to GST. ∆ Corruption in import-duties. ∆ Strategical false allegations to local employees to clean-off senior management's(Chinese Personals) image or involvement proof to any alarming incidents.
