...st 20-25years have monopoly. They never support new person joining this company. Final I got rid of this company after serving a notice period of one month but company did not pay me a single penny in full and final settlement. Coo also get signed off one sided agreement forcefully after joining and then the newly joined person have no choice. So my suggestion is to stay away from such organisation.

Toxic work culture One sided agreement as per agreement company may terminate you at any point of time without any reason Bad behaviour of COO of this company He keeps employees on stay back till mid night without any reason.

...a day without having any work.he will ask to to work with pencil. Old mind lala.resdy to cut salary every time.

Teammates & H.O.D. was very supportive. They used to support me in every step of work, where i felt obstacles. Teammates staff was very transparent.

There is late sitting at office. The work pressure is very high. Always, I had to do work late evening at 7pm & sometime this time went above. Career growth & Salary is slow.

...ndays in a month are working.no mediclaim,convence facilities are not available.diwali bonus is also less as compared with other companies

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
