Salary. Poor management of things. Less professionalism. Much pay cut and one month salary has been kept as security deposit. Too much harsh rules in school policy.

Each and everything was disgusting. The employees who have been working for many years rule their juniors as they are the owners of the school, even torchers new joiners like donkeys. Also the founder and principal only listen to them.

It is a safe place to work. The staff and Management are very cooperative, always ready to help and provide solution. Your Privacy is maintained and even your contact no is not shared with parents. Everything is preplanned, and your receive an academic calendar for the entire academic year, which helps in planning your leaves and balancing your personal life effectively. You are also paid very well, depending upon your performance.

I like this school very much. This is like a family. Management and colleagues are really very cooperative. As a parent and an employee I really satisfied with this school.in this school we can learn new things everyday by learning by doing.

They think that there are morethan 24 hrs in a day. The work culture is like a labour making a building. The school timing for the teachers are quite hectic. There is no personal life in this school.
