Before Deep was there everything was working fine after management change everything is not working fine management need a person who please them they don’t respect hard workers

Work culture in few teams, micromanagement, management doesn’t have proper knowledge on the how the things work, worst work life balance less salary no hike for talent person but for people who butter them they give good positions

The company culture, and people are great. Good place to work in.

The company is really good. Culture is very good, very friendly management but some team are toxic because of the respected TL/managers where they play their own games, by being biased to some people or being very toxic nd giving pressures even though we are working well. Will be targeted unnecessarily, but not all teams like this. Only some teams.

The company has zero values. They don't respect their employees and treat them harshly. Me being a doctor would kindly request you not to join this organisation. Skip this one and save your time
