Pay was good but now that also deducted. The management doctor listen only to there select people. Who come and tel them every thing about everyone( who there legs). All politics. Every one is resigning. Due to this polluted environment. Don't trust the Hr and admin department people no matter how much nice they be with you and make sure not to tell them anything about any staff or els that wil back fire at you some day. All the admin department ( people are snakes) talk al nonsense about there admin head behind there back and in front try to be nice with them. The HR of the company is assistant of senior doctor dr nandini the part of the management team as wel .Even the HR talks all nonsense about the her and about the owner of the company behind there back and even the entire admin department. So from this you might have understood the work environment. Rest of the department are also like that. Every department is playing there own game. Rest of the doctors are good and therapyist as well.

Dislikes

People keep interfering in other people work. All politics. All old employer's not happy with the management. There this few people of specific department are always crying no matter how good they are paid.

As a part of Business Development team, great incentives structure then. Later it is discarded from the system.

Dislikes

Very strict work environment. Limited exploration in day to day job activities. Huge expectations from deliverables.
